This little boxed, which supports power distribution up to 15 Amperes, is a life safer. I mean, you won't die without it, but you won't be able to spare 2-3 Kg of cables and power supply units for your equipment, if you don't use it. The PPBA is a very stable power supply unit and it does its job in a very efficient way, as it helps you to significantly improve your cable management as well. I can't imagine astrophotography sessions without this box anymore. I love this model in particular, because power is all it does. I prefer to control my data in a different way than an eventual embedded full-stack controller, like some models of other brands.
